NOTICE

Based on the Ulster model, an identical replica of the 1935 Scottish Six Day Trial model.

WHEELS

WM1x21 (f), WM2x19 (r). Chrome rims. Bolt on rear sprocket.

MUDGUARDS

SSDT. Plain C section, rear with detachable rear section.

TANKS

‘Aero ’petrol tank or 1934 smaller tank. Single central CEE-ESS type filler with front fitted petrol balance pipe. Two bolt damper arm fixing.

ENGINE

4 valve 499cc with aluminium bronze cylinder head, parallel inlet valves and radial exhaust. 14mm central plug. BTH KC1 D4 Competition magneto. Oil feed to rear of cylinder. Cast alloy rocker cover with ‘R’ motif.

Or

4 valve 499cc with cast iron open valve cylinder head, parallel inlet valves and parallel exhaust. Rockers carried on cast pillars. 18mm side plug. BTH KC1 D4 Competition magneto Cast alloy rocker cover and nearside rocker pillar cover, both with ‘R’ motif.

BRAKES

8” front and rear, coupled with aluminium shoes.

ELECTRICS

Lights optional or if required. DM3G Miller dynamo. And miller detachable lighting set.

TRANSMISSION

4 speed competition gearbox with foot change on LHS. Aluminium oil bath chaincase with ‘R’ on dome.

CARBURETTOR

Amal type 29/146 or type 76/113 as required for engine.

EXHAUST SYSTEM

Twin 1 3/4” high level pipes with heat shields into barrel silencers and plain tailpipes.

FITTINGS

1935 frame fitted with bash pad and rear stand. Open ended ‘D’ section forks. Steering damper and handwheel operated fork shock absorber. 1” handlebars. Bulb horn. Central or rear stand.

EXTRAS

Built to special order as requested by the customer.
